Terms of Service (EN)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the relationship between the Provider and the User of the A2 Zkouška web application.

2. Description of Service
The A2 Zkouška application (the "App") provides interactive tools for practicing the Czech language at the A2 level. This includes quizzes, progress tracking, and educational content.
3. User Accounts
Users must provide accurate information during registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials.
4. Payments and Subscriptions
4.1. The App offers a Free version and a paid Premium version.
4.2. Payments are processed via Stripe.
4.3. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle.
4.4. Upon cancellation, Premium access remains active until the end of the paid period.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Waiver)
5.1. By purchasing Premium access, you request and expressly consent to the immediate provision of digital content.
5.2. You acknowledge that by giving this consent, you lose your legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
6. Disclaimer of Responsibility for Exam Results
6.1. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that using the App will result in passing the official state Czech A2 exam.
6.2. The Provider is not liable for any failure in official exams or any direct/indirect damages related to the use of the App.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. Any disputes shall be settled in accordance with Czech law.
